Photographing animals in their natural environments is particularly exhilarating and something we both enjoy greatly, despite the many hours of sitting and waiting. Being around and calm with nature allows us to observe the animal and its interrelationships with members of its own species and interactions with others. Increasingly, we are trying to make images which capture some sense of the creature in its wider environment, for each creature is but a tiny part of the whole.
